Aaron Wayne Tyksinski was born on 4 December 1973 in Miami, Florida to Martha Kaye Tyksinski and Dennis Wayne Tyksinski. In 1976, Aaron moved to Texas and resided in Sugar Land. He graduated from I. H. Kempner High School in 1990 and was the first graduating class of that school. Aaron was Captain of the football team and track team, editor of the school newspaper, president of the FFA, and was awarded his Eagle Scout award in September of 1987.
Aaron started his public safety career at 17 years old when he joined the Northeast Fort Bend County Fire Department. He eventually was promoted through the ranks from Firefighter/EMT to Assistant Chief/Paramedic. Aaron left the fire service on 6 March 2002 in order to commit solely to law enforcement. While still active in the fire service, he graduated the police academy and started to work for the Fort Bend County Precinct Three Constables Office in 1995, eventually promoting through the ranks from Deputy to Chief Deputy. Aaron is still active in law enforcement today and is starting his 30th year of service in 2025.
Aaron holds a Doctoral (Ph.D.) degree in Public Safety Management, is a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia (Session 246), and is the Graduate Membership Chairman of the National Academy for Texas. He is an instructor at Texas State University, Sam Houston University, Louisiana State University, Harris County Precinct One LE Academy, and teaches graduate and undergraduate college courses for the University of Houston Downtown.
