Subject: Grand Officer Collars

Greetings, Sir Knights:

In accordance with Section 39 of the Constitution of the Grand Encampment of the
United States and Article 122 of the Statutes and Regulations of the Grand
Commandery Knights Templar of Texas, I issue the following Grand Commander’s
Decision.

I hereby authorize the officers of the Grand Commandery Knights Templar of Texas to
wear the officer collars purchased by the current officers and donated to the Grand
Commandery of Texas. These collars may be worn when any officer is being received
or appearing at a Masonic function and not in Knight Templar uniform.
