Everett E. (Buster) Williams was borne to Emmett E. and Marie Williams on September 4, 1946 in San Antonio, Texas. Raised in San Antonio he graduated from Highlands High School in 1964 and St. Mary's University, BA 1970. Buster married Janice G. Gross in 1991. Jan graduated from John Marshall High School in 1977 and The University of Texas at Austin in 1980 with a BBA in Accounting, and is a CPA, CIA, CGAP, PMP. She is the Asset Manager for Via Metropolitan Transit Co. in San Antonio. Buster has a son Mark E. Williams, R:E: Grand Orator for 2018, BBA UTSA, 2000 and a daughter, Brandy L. White, BA, MA, UTSA , 2002, and son-in law David W. White, E 7, U.S. Army Retired, 2016 with 20 years .
Buster has worked as a Manufacturer's Representative in the plumbing industry since 1974 for PMI Sales & Marketing and is President and owner of Green Acres Sales & Marketing, LLC. He is an active member in the MCA, PHCC, and ASPE Chapter in San Antonio.
He is a member of St. Mathew's Catholic Church. Buster is also an elected precinct chair and on the Executive Committee of the Republican Party of Bexar County.
He was raised 1970 in Albert Pike Lodge 1169 and served as Worshipful Master in 1976, Golden Trowel Award, DDGM 2010, and Current Secretary. Plural member of DeMolay Lodge No. 199, PM and Secretary. Llano Lodge 242; and Brahan Lodge 226. President of the Masters, Wardens and Secretaries Assn. of San Antonio in 1975. He is the Grand Representative to Paraguay for the Grand Lodge of Texas, A.F.& A.M.
In 1970, Buster was Exalted a Royal Arch Mason in San Antonio Chapter 381 and served as High Priest in 2004 and is the current Treasurer. He joined Llano Chapter No. 197 as a Plural member, serving as High Priest in 2000, and Secretary since 2003, He received the Cornerstone Award from Llano Chapter No. 197 in 2007. Served as DDGHP District 21 in 2011. Buster is a Past High Priest, 2012, of the Order of High Priesthood of Texas and has served as Secretary 2013 to present. He served the Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Texas as E: Grand Master of the 2nd Veil in 2005, E: Grand Marshal in 2014. Was elected as R:E: Grand Scribe, 2015, R:E: Grand King, 2016, R:E:. Deputy Grand High Priest, 2017, and installed as M:E: Grand High Priest on December 9, 2017 serving for the year 2018.
Buster was Greeted in San Antonio Council 14 as a Royal and Select Master in 1970, served as Thrice Illustrious Master in 2005. He is a Plural member of Llano Council 135, serving as Thrice Illustrious Master in 2001 and Recorder since 2003. Llano Council presented Buster with the Cryptic Triangle Award in 2004. He was DDGM District 21 in 2005. Served as TIM of the Order of the Silver Trowel of Texas 2008, and Recorder, 2013 to present; and served the Grand Council of Royal and Select Masters of Texas as I: Grand Steward in 2008.
Buster was Knighted in San Antonio Commandery 7 in 1971; became a plural member of Llano Commandery No. 54 in 1999, served as Commander in 2001 and served as Recorder since 2002; Excalibur Award; Knight Templar Cross of Honor 2015; Inner Guard of the Order of Knights Preceptor of Texas, and served the Grand Commandery of Texas as Chairman of the Grievance Committee 2013-2015.
He served as Governor of Texas College No. 14, 2005, Sovereign Grand York Rite College of North America; Order of the Purple Cross, 2006 and was honored to serve as Deputy Grand Governor of Texas, 2006-2010.
Buster will serve as President of the Southwest/South Central Department Association for the year 2018, when Texas will host the 2018 September gathering in San Antonio, TX.

In his spare time Buster enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time in the great outdoors.
